I'm easily enticed by a project that calls for creative people from around the world to come together. AMLP: Analog caught my attention by combining the breakneck speed of the internet and social media with an art form that demands a laid-back pace. Artists from around the world were challenged to capture an image using a disposable film camera. The idea of snapping an image and not being able to immediately see the results is jarring even to those of us who grew up with film cameras - for the wee ones the idea is incomprehensible.
I encourage you to experience what happens when you slow down and let the environment, chemistry and fate again play a part in capturing an image.
